So, I am obsessed with TV. And I am especially obsessed with romance on TV. Therefore, I have spent inordinate amounts of time thinking and 글쓰기 about my 가장 좋아하는 and least 가장 좋아하는 TV couples. I have a document on my computer called "My Favorites" that I started 글쓰기 over a 년 ago, and it's amazing how much has changed in my TV life since then. Just for this short article, I'm going to give two of my 가장 좋아하는 and two of my least 가장 좋아하는 TV couples and explain why I feel the way I do.
My absolute 가장 좋아하는 TV couple, hands down, is Joey and Pacey from "Dawson's Creek." I absolutely loved their interactions. Watching them on screen together felt real and natural. It made me GIDDY. I can't describe it exactly, but I've never had a reaction like that to a TV couple before. They are truly something special. The only other TV couple that has this naturalism and realism about them is Jackie and Hyde from "That '70s Show." Not one false note between them. Other wonderfully balanced and healthy couples that I absolutely 사랑 are Peyton and Jake from "One 나무, 트리 Hill" and Mulder and Scully from "The X-Files" (the equality between their characters is, to me, the greatest achievement of that show).
My absolute least 가장 좋아하는 TV couples are Buffy and Spike from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (my skin crawls; abusive, degrading, and awful to both characters; my hatred intensified because of the bewilderingly strong support they have in the fandom) and Kelly and Dylan from "Beverly Hills 90210" (they were just horrible- terrible story, bullshit "history", and absolutely ZERO chemistry- which makes all of it completely worthless).
A TV couple that I think could be great if given the chance is Dean and Castiel from "Supernatural." I sincerely doubt the show will go there, but a romantic relationship between those two has the potential to be fantastic if handled properly.
