Girls\' Generation\'s Tiffany, who recently seemed to have gained more prominent abs from her \'I Just Wanna Dance\' promotions, also talked about how her new song impacted a different part of her body!

Choi Hwa Jung\'s Power Time\', Tiffany was asked about her beauty secrets. She answered, "All of the Girls\' Generation members have a big interest in beauty, and we all have different things we\'re into, but it\'s nice since we can share with one another.

Tiffany then talked about the influence of her new song\'s choreography on her body, and said, "My legs automatically got toned from my new choreography. I want to thank my dance teacher. I can naturally get a workout since the dance requires a lot of leg movement." 

Lastly, she added, "My makeup artist told me I look healthier because my legs look more muscular." 

Tone what? She was already incredibly skinny to begin with. The fact that she lost more weight is frightening. She looks like she weighs about 90 pounds....with clothes on lol.

Toning is to lose some fat and add a little muscle definition. From what I read, Tiffany\'s been adding muscle definition to her legs.

That \'leg stepping in the air\' thing is tough, I tried it and its hard to do many times.Tiffany Jjiang! She is a tough girl!

She\'s always been gamous gor her legs and thighs. I remember this old episode of Star King where they did Tiff\'s workout to achieve that leg ratio thing. For someone who\'s not tall, Tiff\'s legs elongate her whole body.
