yes damon and elena do go out but i do not think they make a better couple then elena and stefan.

I just 사랑 damon and elena together as they show passion, adventure and most of all 사랑 for eachother.... With Stephen it just caring and love... Which is boring.

Elena + Damon got married at the finale. It's 안전한, 안전 to say Damon opened his bar + Elena became a doctor. Probably they had a bunch of kids so they lived happily ever after! ♥
