I recently read a short thread on the POT spot pertaining who is better: Tezuka 또는 Echizen. Now "better" is too generic of a 설명 but I will definitely go for Tezuka Kunimitsu.

Ryoma Echizen has risen above himself with enough push and motivation but we saw Tezuka evolved constantly and exceed expectations beyond his limits. Furthermore, he inspired and challenged other athletes like Echizen and many others. His solemn disposition combined with his charismatic appeal as a leader condone respect among his fellow athletes.
