Tao attends opening event for Chinese mobile game, not introduced as EXO member

As previously reported, Tao has taken on solo promotions as the newest model for Chinese mobile game \'Chao Shen Zhan Dui\', and he attended the opening event for the game on June 3.

At the event, Tao\'s association to EXO was not mentioned, but instead, he was introduced as "popular asian idol" Huang Zitao, his full Chinese name. He also posed for photos and met with fans, who he willingly signed autographs for. Tao is in the midst of negotiations to terminate his contract with 

SM Entertainment and leave EXO, so the legality of his solo promotions in China is a bit murky. 

In the latest news concerning his ties to SM Entertainment, Tao\'s father gave an interview saying that he had agreed to leave the company as well as EXO. He was also revealed to be recuperating from injuries and studying in the United States.

I just become a fan of Exo, and i am desapointed. I think it\'s firt time in kpop history, this amount of members are leaving Exo, that\'s sad. Because of chineses members from Exo, I think Sm from Know will not easily recruit chineses members as trainee for a futur group.

He will leave .. it so clear already.  SM did not want to say bec of EXO\'s current comeback for fear of backlash from Tao\'s fans.. I hate this illusive answers we are getting.. just SAY IT!! After seeing how SM did the recent comeback today without him, do you think he will still stay with EXO?? do you think the other members are not upset?? He is just left out.. one thing I do know.. EXO certainly sounds a bit different now than they used to.  I am so sad.

SM stays quiet so I guess the advertising contract is done through SM as it should be. On other note: don\'t know how Chinese usually announce members during solo promotions - with a group\'s name or not.
