저기요 Guys just here to tell 당신 that it's not your fault and 당신 can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that 당신 can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that 당신 can do... 당신 can and don't let anything tell 당신 otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to 당신 talk to someone that 당신 know well and can trust, becasue if 당신 just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the 심장 ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if 당신 have one because they can help 당신 throuth it too.
