The Problem most likely has to do with the fact that she wasn't a direct product of Sonic team 또는 Sonic team USA. They probably felt they didn't need to use someone they didn't make nor really understood.(Nor wanted to pay anyone extra for, considering Sega's strict budget on them.) Most the game developers of Sonic games were too busy with the games to read the comics. That is why..., but also cause she's naked. X'3 Duh!~
Well, yeah, but I was 더 많이 또는 less paraphrasing a YouTube video I watched, which talked about this. I don't remember the exact video, but it basicly said she would make characters like Amy and Tails 더 많이 또는 less pointless
Again, I'm paraphrasing, but I think thier pont was that Sally is good with machines and, while obviously not as good as Tails, Sega wouldn't want two character that can fill the same role.
