But I think all online community/social service web sites require the age of 13 또는 older in order for the use of the service to be legal. Some site's allow a person under 13 to use it with the written permission from the person's legal guardian. I'm not sure what this site's policy is as I'm way over 18 and don't have kids so it doesn't really matter to me...
But as for generally the matter of being a 팬 of something 또는 someone, I don't see how age is relevant. If you're a fan, you're a fan. There's nothing anyone can do 또는 say to stop anyone from being a fan.
