This is the Institute in Brooklyn. It is an old gothic cathedral that is run by the Lightwoods. The Lightwoods live in the Institute full time but others can live there if they are approved to by the Lightwoods. Only Shadowhunters can open the doors.

Fallax thought it over for a second or so. It wasn't a bad idea, but it also wasn't particularly his scene either. But, whatever. "Sure man. Whatever gets me laid..."

Fallax gave a chuckle and started walking towards where he remembered the door to be, quickly finding that his memory had lied as he slammed face-first into the corner of the doorframe and stumbled back, nose bleeding, into Vik's body.

Fallax felt the warmth of Vik's hand on his wrist and was oddly comforted. He followed his lead under the veil of trust he was now beneath.

The demon followed him, not even so much as doubting where they were going. He trusted Vik; trusted him a lot more than he normally would have. But, something about him made him able to and the demon couldn't put a finger on what it was.

Fallax hadn't even noticed the sound of the others, having been distracted with his own issue. He hadn't had anything prepared to say, whether to gain pity or otherwise, and so he just continued on, following Vik's lead.

Fallax's heart began to race. Vik hadn't seemed all too bothered by his suggestions thus far, and he hoped he wouldn't in a few moments. "Could ya bring me back over to the bed? I don't really feel like tackling a wall again," he said with a sheepish laugh.
