I'm with aqua. It's about context. If 당신 go up to someone and yell, "fuck you" then it's a bad word. But if something good happens to 당신 and 당신 yell, "oh, fuck yeah!" I think that it's just another word.
It's like 'ass'. If 당신 call someone an 나귀, 엉덩이 it's bad. If 당신 look at a donkey and say, "that's an ass," it's simply the truth.

So if 당신 randomly call someone a 스파게티 and mean it in a negative context. 스파게티 is a bad word? :VVVV
But come to think of it I lowkey think that, that can actually be true in it's own funny way (cue tumblr insults); linkIt's humorous but this person totally used microwave as an insult.
^The only way I can think of right now that microwave can be is used as an insult is if someone said a person brain was microwaved and thus that's why they are stupid. Otherwise. Using dirty microwave is just beyond hilarious and I don't think anyone should take that person seriously.
I said it was an insult, I never said it was a good one. xP Sort of like my comments; they're 코멘트 but I never said they were good ones lol. Honestly though I'm kind of fond of "you dirty microwave" because someone's either gonna hilariously overreact, 또는 it'll defuse the whole situation.
If 당신 look in a dictionary and discover the meanings of the word. That's how 당신 can figure it out. Most of the time the dictionary will tell if the "bad word" is cuss slang generally speaking. And I thought most of the people on this site were above 13? A bad word? Dude lol.
Nothing. People have this complex of needing to be part of the 'herd' when it comes to recognising what words are 'bad' and what aren't. It's all about perception and context. The best way to answer this, though, despite my personal opinion, is that 'we', as in humans, associate negative connotations with certain words and that's how we understand them to be 'bad'. We came up with language and we set the rules for what makes them 'bad', as far as the way society sees it, which is what is usually widely accepted as the mainstream understanding.
As Zanhar1 and AquaMarine6663 said, it's about the context. I mean, if someone just called me a donut to insult me, I'm pretty sure cuss words really don't mean much unless they're used in an insulting way.
