Mailing help?

Someone's mailing something from Russia to me (I live in the US near the Atlantic Ocean), and I was wondering if it would cost me anything. All they're sending is a DVD and a program from a Broadway show, so it shouldn't weigh/be too big of a package. I

Yeah, I don't THINK that the recipient would have to pay anything. I could be wrong though.
