Please help!

I've been sick for 3 days and I've been having pains in my stomach and included is
-Sore Throat
-Runny Nose
-Coughing/Laughing/Sneezing-Hurts to do any of these

I'd be grateful if 당신 helped me

It's either the cold, 또는 stomach flu. There are numerous ways to deal with either of these:

-Eucalyptus oil/hot bath (put some oil in the bath while the hot water is running and the steam from the hot water and oil will clear out your chest and nasal cavity)

-Lemon/honey drink (Boil water in a 소스 냄비, 냄비 and add lemons... simmer until the 레몬 주스 has mixed in with the water and remove the 레몬 skin and as many of the pips as 당신 can. Add a teaspoon of honey to a cup, then pour concoction in)

-Rest (Cannot stress this enough... viruses will make 당신 even sicker if 당신 are constantly doing things and tiring yourself, plus making yourself 더 많이 susceptible and decreasing the effectiveness of your immune system).

-Sleep a lot (As with rest, this is important)

-Throat lozenges (These will hopefully sooth your throat so it hurts less... try and get ones with propolis in them, if 당신 can, otherwise, go to a health 샵 and ask for the most effective ones they can give you)

This is all 당신 can really do until the virus has run its course. The best way to combat a virus is to help your immune system do all the work and just try to assist as best as possible. Hope this helps.

의해 the way, if 당신 find yourself having coughing fits, just drink a quarter cup of 사과, 애플 cider vinegar... it helps, seriously.
