No, but I want to bring the idea to my student union. Get lots of teachers and students to do it on one of the charity days.

I want to but I can't. This isn't even a stupid challenge actually. I feel like it's being called stupid because they don't know what ALS means.

If the water's cold enough they could have a 심장 attack 또는 something.

Unless that water's below freezing point it's not dangerous. It's just cold water. Water + a few ice cubes isn't going to cause hypothermia unless like egypt said the person has a condition.

I can agree with 당신 there, there can be some risk. My brother actually just did it with all his 프렌즈 (he had 이전 open scrapes) he didn't even flinch so I don't think it's hugely risky.

yes

and if 당신 think it's dumb think about how many people didn't know what ALS was before this challenge came around. it's raised millions of dollars, why is that so stupid?

I did it and I nominated TDItwin and tdi100 (not sure if the 초 one is right) to do it as well. All three of us did it. I donated 20 dollars after I did the challenge.

No, and unfortunately I'm not allowed to do it BUT I am going to read up on ALS, find out what % actually goes towards research, fine-print yada yada, then I'll donate :)

To those who are saying the challenge is stupid: hush now.

Yes many people are just treating it as some fad and have no interest in the charity.

But most 비디오 I have seen, people have donated and spread awareness.

62 MILLION dollars have been raised for this charity because of this challenge. How can anyone freakin' complain with that amount raised?

Could there have been a less controversial challenge in place rather than ice bucket? Yes. But it is what it is, it will die down soon, and a shit ton of money has been raised and for the most part, people actually have this charity on their radar now. Job done.

Nah, but I think it's pretty nice to see that a lot of people who had ALS will die knowing that somebody cares about them and wants to prevent it. And there's been only one medicine for ALS since the charities have started (1920s I think) and it doesn't do much...
