Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

파스타 and white 빵 are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the 음식 당신 eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff 당신 need to get through the day. Would that help, do 당신 think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1
