Is this effecting my health?

I hit a growth spirt recently and well put on...about 20 pounds I used to be 125 now im about 145 . I feel like this is straining my heath and I may be getting over weight I know I feel over weight and I honestly think it maybe effecting my health. Is it normal to put on tis much weight in a growth spirt? And how can I loose it quickly.....please help its driving me insane

Your weight is fine and 당신 have nothing to worry about. Growth spurts are a natural part of life and as long as 당신 eat healthily, exercise regularly 당신 will remain an almost constant weight.

A weight of 145 is nothing to be ashamed 또는 scared of. Hell i would KILL to be that skinny again but 당신 seem to think you're "obese". If 당신 think that i think 당신 need to go to the doctors and speak to a nutritionist and a psychologist because 당신 are so far away from obese it's scary.
당신 don't need to lose the weight, 당신 need to contain it and keep it in reserve until 당신 need it.
Just stay healthy. That's the best way to go.
