Can someone please help me out?

Currently I have quite a bit of turmoil going on inside of me, and I need relax, but I don't know how. I hope that doesn't sound dumb. So many things are on my mind that I seriously can not sleep @-@. My family is stressing me out, my coach is stressing me out, even my 프렌즈 seem to be stressing me out and I've been taking it out on people that don't deserve it.... I guess all I'm saying is that I'm a bit of a clusterfuck and I need to chill out. So here are my questions... How do 당신 relax? And can anyone give me 조언 for staying relaxed and not getting so worked up about the tiny things?

well i assume you've tried to chill out via 음악 so... if ya got good internet connection try just looking up funny vids, pics, and sayings... it is a well known fact that being happy is the best way to reduce stress so go out look up some funny stuff and LAUGH YOUR 나귀, 엉덩이 OFF... if that doesn't work... 일 dream... that's what chills me. :)
