I need help sleeping!! D:

I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help 당신 sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

당신 tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps 당신 concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without 당신 even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets 당신 to relax very completely.

 Might I recommend drinking a glass of warm 우유 (which I prefer to flavor with 딸기 Nestle Quik)... ...and/or... ...Johnson's Bedtime Bath & Lotion. All I know is after each use I could barely keep my eyes open -- and I wasn't even the one being bathed! Pleasant dreams...

PS: okay, listening to relaxing 음악 might help you, I don't know. But if you're anything like me, get it completely quiet. If 당신 have pets, make sure that they're fed and there's no way for them to get in your room. Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake 당신 up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
