Help!!!!?

I have a weight issue i am over weight wanting to loose. I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 please dont make fun of me!. Please can someone give any dieting tips?

don't go on any fad diets, they suck and can harm you.

just try eating healthy, and cut out 정크 음식 and stuff. And 의해 doing that you'll maintain a healthy weight.
