Has this ever happened to 당신 before?

I cannot log in on my computer. It freezes at the verifying screen. I cannot log out 또는 else I will never be able to get back on my account. Does anyone have a clue what is going on and how I can fix it? I will give 당신 as many props as 당신 like if 당신 can help me. :}
