Well,subtract 3/4 from each side to get z 의해 itself. Then, since it is less than 또는 equal to, the dot is filled in, and start at -1.5(I believe.*doesn't have calculator*), going left on the number line.

Well, I know 당신 graph it with a closed circle... but it's kind of confusing to me since it isn't in inequality form .-. I'm sure 당신 can figure out which way the 애로우 goes, though.
