Use ice to numb it,

Another alternative is painkillers,

Sit on an icepack, on the couch, the icepack not placed directly on the skin(dont want frostbite do we?), pop in a movie, and wait for it to go numb.

Spread some cream/ointment/antibiotic spread on it, Band-Aid, 또는 a wrap(depending on how large the scrape is), relax, and dont sit on anymore microphone stands xD
