A quick pause of awkward silence occurred, but the sincerity of the girl's voice meaned that she didn't lie. In order to not alarm her, we decided to continue.

"Yeah, pretty much. Though, I will probably not go until autumn in order to be precise with the dates."
"Why is that so?"
"Nnh, well, it's kinda hard to explain. I guess I want to be able to maybe see the ghosts of the victims."
"So this pretty much means that 당신 are going into the footsteps of Jack the Ripper himself?"
"Yep~!"
"When did 당신 get this idea?"
"Nnh, well, I guess that I have always loved the UK during the victorian era, but the canonical five victims of Jack the Ripper has always fascinated me, ever since my stepfather accidentally mentioned him when I was around seven years old."
"That's really odd for girls in your age."
"I guess that I have always been weird, hahah~."
