How do I get my pictures off my cell phone ?

it may be a stupid 질문 but i have a lg verizon phone its just like a regular little phone with a bit of texting no internet 또는 anything like that but ive never really had 사진 that i could try and get off but now i do i tryed hooking the cord and stuff to my comp and nothing happens .can someone help me out please?

How many 사진 are there? If there are to many, dropbox mightn't be able to handle it..
