Who Should I choose?!?!?!?!?!

There are two guys i like but im not sure if they like me. one is tan, dark hair, older(by like 14 days), and has a little sister that i am 프렌즈 with. the other one is short, younger than me(by like a year), light brown hair, and has a little brother that is my friend too. They are both 프렌즈 with my brother. we hang out sometimes, but i dont know what to do. we wer all at the 바닷가, 비치 one 일 in the summer, and the tan one wanted to go in the water. the short one didnt want to go in the water and then i said i wanted to go in the water, and then he said he wanted to go. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
