HELP. Please.

My Mp4 is stuck; I tried to turn it on, but the screen just froze and I can't do ANYTHING.

I'm desperate. I NEED MY MP. I go everywhere with it I can't fucking LIVE without it!

If it's an iPod touch press and hold the 집 and the power button at the same time and it should work, it happened to me.
