Because..

-He is adorable
-His 랜덤 outburst are hilarious xD
-His dumb, carefree nature is cuuuute. :33

Logical answer:
I'm guessing people find 지르 adorable and spontaneous. He's certainly not mean 또는 cruel to anyone/anything. Why not like him?
