Point is, the country (whether Canada 또는 America) isn't paying for his hair. His people pay for the hair, and they're paid 의해 higher ups. It's not like he gets his hair cut for free.

Depends. If he's wealthy 의해 now (which he probably is), and when I say wealthy I mean he's in possession of $1,000,000,000 또는 so, then most likely no. That's one of the very few pros rich people have; If we were to see a five-foot bowl made of five million freshly formed diamonds, the wealthy will see it as a simple plastic cup in terms of prices.
