i dont know, i guess its a way to show a person your gratitude. i can give a person props for answering a 질문 to show that im grateful 또는 i can give one to a friend to show that im happy they are my friend
Its kinda like a prize, on your profile. Its shows how many people think your cool, and if 당신 have alot people will know your awesome and add 당신 LOL. But they are the only prize 당신 can give people on fanpop. Its just a stupid sign of showing your a good, funny, 또는 smart person.
