Well, considering I'm not 100% positive of the answer, I probably should just keep my mouth shut, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say "No". It just wouldn't make sense to ban the club if the person who originally created it got banned. Plus, what if the particular person made several clubs? I'm sure the site's creators have better things to do with their time than banning all the clubs that the person created. But like I said, I haven't experienced it, so I'm not entirely sure.
