Is anyone else's 팬팝 not letting them click on 'See 더 많이 Comments' on answers?

I'm using Internet Explorer, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but whenever I try to click on 'See 더 많이 Comments' on whenever an answer has a bunch of comments, it just sends me to the 상단, 맨 위로 of the page. :S
