ok i need some help right now i just hurt my ankle really bad and its green and swollen and purple idk wat 2 do

i was on the trampoline with my three cousins ones a freshman (guy) sixth grader (girl) and fourth grader (guy) the boys decided they decided they wanted to wrestle me and the freshman grabbbed my ankle and turned it and i fell to the ground yelllin and they thought i was just playin a round and so th efourth grader held me down and the freshman fell on me my uncle and aunt arent 집 yet so know one knows cept my cuzs wat do i do
