How long does it take to earn a badge in a spot?

I only have 2 dedicated medals and it seems like it has taken me forever to get them! Does anyone know approximately how long it takes to get a badge in a spot (or for it to upgrade to yellow and red) and how much 당신 have to contribute for it to happen? I would really like to know. Thanks!
