Pretty Little Liars: 5 Things We’ll See in ‘Five Years Forward’ Special

That’s the very question posed to the actresses behind those escape artists — including Holly Marie Combs (Ella), Laura Leighton (Ashley), and Lesley Fera (Veronica) — during Tuesday’s “Five Years Forward” special (ABC Family, 8/7c). As you well remember, “A” trapped the moms in Alison’s basement at the end of 6A… but we never saw them leave!

2) It’s so annoying they spent a whole episode on this and then didn’t show the resolution. Sitting the actresses down with a producer is not enough! At least give us a deleted scene!

Logic solves this one. Ali drops her family off at the hospital, then returns home and hears them screaming and banging on the door. She let’s them out and goes off on them for being in her house uninvited.

The PLL Moms were one of the very few highlights of an otherwise not very good half season. They really should do a Web series with them.
