Why do Miss Bellum not show her face?

Either:

A) She is insecure about her face

B) She is ugly

C) SHE HAS NO FACE!

Well in the real PPG, Ms.Bellum didn't show her face because:a) they didn't have room on the designing board 또는 b) they didn't create a draft for Ms.Bellum.
