Oh heck no 당신 do-do xD I edited it on GIMP 2 and blended the BG with the greadiant tool 의해 choosing the 무지개, 레인 보우 as a border, spiral and likes after that i added the spirals like scary then i downwarded the capacity of the border and blended the border while holding my 쥐, 마우스 and ging down then letting go of the 쥐, 마우스 and this is the result I got :P

Oh and if 당신 notice the main base BG of all the color blends is 라임 Green :) the color 라임 green always makes the color of 무지개, 레인 보우 look slightly diff.!
