talking to peter and fairy flying around my house?

how can i talk to peter ? i’ve heard a lot of people on here say they talk to peter but how? and is there a certain time 당신 can talk to peter? like can 당신 only talk to him at night 또는 can 당신 talk to him in the day? ps: i keep seeing something flying. i thought it was a bug but idk. i can’t see what it is cause it’s fast and small what are thoughts on what it is? please if 당신 can give your opinion 또는 조언 it would be greatly appreciated thank 당신 in advance (:
