Of course I'm a fan of Near! :D But this really shouldn't be a forum, it should be a regular question.

Of course! No need to ask.

Why, yes! Near's interesting ways of thinking, overall, are what drew me in, in the first place. I think that he is the most intriguing, out of all of the Death Note characters. I also really like his humor, particularly in the manga, when it doesn't have dark or cruel undertones, that is. I always like a character that can make me laugh or smile. :)
I have many personality connections with him, as well. Characters to whom I can relate to, I always appreciate and develop a natural fondness of.
... and, as much as I dislike stating this in regards to reasons for my liking to him, he is quite adorable. :3

Overall, I really love him. ^-^
