Update:
Season 9 started in USA, Canada & Australia in Sept but apparently isn't due to be aired in the UK until Jan 2012 because in the USA there will be some gaps between the episodes and those nice people at FX think we'd rather wait for almost 5 months so we can watch one episode every week.
Slightly better news is that Sky 1 are starting the new series of NCIS LA on 21 October... So we'll actually get to see that in the same calandar 년 as everyone else.
