Are these 나루토 OC's realistic?

y friend is making a 나루토 fanfic, he wants his character to be an uchiha and has convinced himself that itatchi can spare him during the wiping of the clan because he is Shusui's son and shusui would ask him to keep his OC alive. I am trying to convince him that an uchiha character other that sasuke would completely mess up the storyline of naruto. he also wants his character to have lava style and currently ranks 더 많이 powerful than both sasuke and neji when 당신 put the stats together. I just dont believe this is realistic, thoughts? the other members are: an uzumaki that has 3 samehadas (one of which he combines with his wind style to create ice style) and later gains the 10 tails bijou and a Senju who is th e great great grandson of Tobirama, has water and lightning jutsus and is said to be able to stop madaras 불, 화재 벽 on his own, however this would be the only thing he was able to do with his chakra in that one fight...
