Coin is the president of District 13 and the leader of the rebel forces. Coin in the end was EVIL, I think she's a 더 많이 heartless female version of President Snow. Coin kept secrets and used Katniss as a piece in her games, to rally the other rebel allies. Coin hates Katniss because she knows Katniss has 더 많이 of influence and importance to Panem, than she ever could be. That is why Coin tried to kill Katniss for a while after her duties had been served as a Mockingjay. Katniss hates Coin because she hates being used and not told things, also, Coin basically killed her sister Prim. In the end, Katniss kills Coin because President Snow truthfully told her that Coin was the one who dropped those bombs on those Capitol children and killed them as well as the rebel medics to end the war quickly so she could get into power.
