Well watching the 아니메 "sonic x" and 읽기 the comics , I believe he tends to grab things with his right hand so yeah i guess so. (I didn't mention the games cus tails tends not to hold things in the games.)
Dunno but I figure Tails to be left-handed because smarter people are generally left-handed because they use both sides of there brain. (Researched this) *Fun Facts* -Sonic is right-handed -Shadow is left-handed
