Yesterday, I was 읽기 a Michael Jackson's special edition, released last 년 on the anniversary of his death.
The book has 70 pages, is very well written, tells all of his life story, talks about the creative process of all albuns, his personal life, lots of great pictures, some of them are rare, and the author didn't washed the dirty laundry, like accusing him 또는 offend him.
But at the intro, he says that "Michael was accused of crimes that -now we know- never happened. He needed to die to prove he was alive -and innocent."
And it really makes sense. He spent the rest of his life trying to prove his inocence, and convence people that he wasn't the monster they thought he was.
Almost all of his "friends" left him. They chose being away and even take part of the injustice, just because they didn't want to be envolved.
Is much 더 많이 easier stick the head in the sand and ignore someone's pain to live quiet, than help. Just a phonecall, a friendly word.
What happened? They didn't had time? Money for telephone? Too busy for a "friend" who was needing for support?
Then, he dies. After that, all the "friends" show up. They all say that he was a great person, they are heartbroken, can't stop crying...
His innocence is recognized. Those who, years ago, threw the stones and cursed against him... now, they believe in Michael Jackson.
Suddendly, he's loved again!
Was he living a lie? Was he really alone?
Call me your friend, 사랑 me... after my death. After my eyes closed for ever and my ears stop listening.

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs 또는 treatment that caused the singer's death.
Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained 의해 TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment 또는 administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."
Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray 또는 with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.
Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.
As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered 의해 both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to 옮기기 herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.
As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage 의해 refusing to leave.

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to 취소하기 this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's 팬 played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed 의해 countless Michael Jackson 팬 worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this show will never run in any market in the future."

Certain items found in the room where Michael Jackson died could help shape Dr. Conrad Murray's defense -- namely, that other docs were medicating Michael.
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were "prescribed and prepared" for MJ to self-medicate.
As we first reported, Dr. Murray's team will not challenge the L.A. County Coroner's finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. But as we told you, Murray's team will present evidence in the doc's manslaughter case that Michael awakened, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room.
We're told Murray's team hasn't decided if it will use the evidence found in the room to implicate other doctors in Jackson's death. But we do know Murray's legal team will present evidence during the trial that the fruits of Jackson's notorious doctor shopping over two decades wore his body down.
The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer refused comment.

당신 can get a pair of new gloves for like $20 -- 또는 당신 could purchase one glove, once worn for Michael Jackson for six figures.

All alone wishing on stars
Waiting for 당신 to find me
One sweet night I knew I would see
A stranger who'd be my friend
When someone in the dark reaches out to you
And touches off a spark that comes shining through
It tells 당신 never be afraid
Then somewhere in your 심장 당신 can feel the glow
A light to keep 당신 warm when the night winds blow
Like it was written in the stars I knew
My friend, my someone in the dark was you
Promise me we'll always be
Walking the world together
Hand in hand where dreams never end
My 별, 스타 secret friend and me
When someone in the dark reaches out to you
And touches off a spark that comes shining through
It tells 당신 never be afraid
Then somewhere in your 심장 당신 can feel the glow
A light to keep 당신 warm when the night winds blow
Look for the 무지개, 레인 보우 in the sky
I believe 당신 and I
Could never really say goodbye
Wherever 당신 may be
I'll look up and see

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.
TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed 의해 Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed 의해 a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.
Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

Not that we're trying to flatter ourselves, but don't people in Bahrain get TMZ?
AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time in asking for money.
AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.
The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."
But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?
