When he talks about sweet seducing sighs is he talking about sex????Stupid 질문 i know, Just wanted your opinions................

oh ok, because i was just watching him 노래 live on the bad tour on 유튜브 and when he said "seducing sighs" we was like doing this grinding dance 옮기기 and i was like "Is he talking about sex???" lol! thanks that does make alot of sense.
