No... it's probably impossible to find out unless the person who made it comes on here... I joined this club in july 2008 and the banner & 아이콘 is exactly the same, the only difference in the club is theres a lot 더 많이 members & content, and its a lot 더 많이 active... so whoever created it probably just left it :/
