Mark Wahlberg made an appearance on The Dan Patrick Show to talk sports and promote his upcoming movie,

, when a special little lady had a very interesting request from the actor. Wahlberg\'s 13-year-old daughter Ella got on the mic and asked her dad to rap.

"Dad, I want to hear you rap right now," she said. And we have to admit, we were right there with her. Although he was offered a commercial break to brainstorm some bars, Marky Mark didn\'t need it. "No, no, no. I got a rap right now."

And so he started spitting, and Ella instantly regretted her decision.

"I\'m your 45-year-old father and I got to rap/ and if you keep misbehaving I\'m a give your behind a slap," Wahlberg rapped, and Ella was not amused. But he kept going.

"It\'s called a spanking/ Later on in life you\'re gonna thank me/ \'Cause all the advice that I\'m giving you is good for you/ and if not, your butt and behind is gonna be black and blue."

She kept signaling the "cut it off" sign with her hand, but Wahlberg wasn\'t done yet. "Don\'t cut it down," Wahlberg said. "We\'re giving you positive-encouragement raps. It\'s good information to help you behave, and then you\'re going to earn that phone back, girl."  

Oof. The mortified look on this teen was something we could all identify with.

Wahlberg explained that he took his daughter\'s phone privileges away to discipline her, something she didn\'t think was fair in contrast to the way her siblings are disciplined. "But my brothers or anything didn\'t lose their [iPad] when they were bad," Ella said.

"If I took their iPads they wouldn\'t care," Wahlberg explained. "They\'d just go throw a ball or bounce their head off the wall and they\'d still be happy. You live for the phone, so I got to get you where it counts, kid."

We gotta admit—we love fatherly Mark Wahlberg. Dad raps and all.
