He might have confirmed all the reports that he is expecting his first baby, but now there\'s some somewhat confusing rumours alleging that One Direction\'s Louis Tomlinson might not actually be the father of Briana Jungwirth\'s baby.

Unless you\'ve been off fighting aliens on the planet zogatrog, you\'ve probably heard the news that Louis is set to become a father after a fling with American Briana resulted in her pregnancy.

However, now a US mag is alleging that he might not be the dad, claiming that Briana was \'seeing someone else at the same time as Louis\'.

That said, the information has come from an \'anonymous source\', so presumably it might be worth taking all this with a tablespoon full of salt until Louis says otherwise - possibly with some sort of sassy outburst on Twitter.

Still, chatting to gossip magazine In Touch, the insider claiming to be in the know about whose been impregnating whom apparently says: "Someone very close to Briana says Louis wasn\'t the only guy she was hooking up with when she got pregnant.

"She was having sex with someone else at the same time, so the baby may not be Louis\'.

"Once the baby is born, it looks like Briana will have no choice but to get a paternity test," the source adds. "The situation is so messed up."

To be honest, you\'d imagine that Louis would want to be pretty sure he was actually the dad before allowing the info to become public, but there you go.

It is probably also worth considering that other recent \'anonymous sources\' to share similar \'exclusive\' revelations with the mag in question do include this particular story about Harry Styles forcing the One Direction break because he \'can\'t wait to go solo\', so take from that what you will.

Either way, it just seems a little bit sad that there\'s all this hoo-hah surrounding the baby news. Having a baby is supposed to be this awesome, exciting and life-changing time and no matter what you make of the news or what you think about the situation, it\'s Louis and Briana\'s lives to sort out themselves.
