The way I am familiar with this game is the first person starts off by listing three people that the NEXT person has to choose who they would kiss/slap/hug. That person picks and then lists three more for the next person. It keeps going like that. But I'll play this way...

Kiss: Probably Aragorn, but not because I'm in love with him {well, I am.} It would just be a kiss to show how happy and thankful I am to have him there and how I admire his bravery.

Hug: Probably Frodo or Sam. Frodo had to go through a lot, especially since the ring corrupted him and fogged his thinking. Sam deserves on too for actually getting Frodo there and making sacrifices along the way for Frodo's safety.
Although I think everyone needs a hug in LOTR. They're all so wonderfully brave.

Slap: Melkor, if I didn't die before, that is. It's HIS fault that Shelob exists, it's HIS fault that a whole civilization fell, it's HIS fault the Valor began to think the Elves were blundering idiots, it's HIS fault Sauron became as evil as he is ...
