Help?!

I have this lovely girl in my class. We are 프렌즈 but not the best ones... she doesn't have a boyfriend. We talk from time to time.... like friends, but lately my best friend told me something like: 'the way she looks at you'.... that girl knows I'm bi, I'm not sure about her. From that 일 on I payed 더 많이 attention on how she would say my name, touch me 또는 look at me. Her parents don't want her to go out yet... Once I gave her a 목걸이 as a gift with 'love' sign on it. I would like to confess her and tell her about my feelings but I'm not really sure... I like to draw and there are those small moments when she would sit beside me and watch me... I can see that she would like to hang out with me more, but maybe she's afraid of me... :( idk...
- The real problem is her best friend... I have a feeling she's not quite found of me. She even succeeded to separate us a little. The two of them would hug in front of my eyes and then my crush would look at me whit that f****** look full of something I'm not familiar with! (I'm pissed) I don't know what to do!!!
