When did this happen in Kingdom Hearts?

This is a gif picture from. Scene in one of the Kingdom Hearts Video Games where Axel is standing on Destiny Islands holding his hand out in front of Kairi asking uer for Sora. When did that happen in any of the Kingdom Hearts Video Games? 또는 is this a scene yet to happen in upcoming Kingdom Hearts Video Games? And yes i am all caught up in every Kingdom Hearts Video Games there are. Please anyone let me know this. Please and thank 당신 everyone. :)

I think the scene takes place right before "Christmas in 할로윈 Town".
