I tapped my pencil against the large sketchbook. I wanted to draw something. After looking at all of the amazing drawings online, I had to draw. I just didn’t know what to draw. I could do a horse, but I always draw that. How about Link? I guess I could. But he’s kind of hard to draw. I sighed and fell backwards onto my floor.

I heard the 차고 door open and I jumped up. My dad is the only other person here, so I guess he’s leaving. He didn’t bother to tell me. I think he sometimes forgets he has a sixteen 년 old daughter. I can’t take care of myself, alone. But if he doesn’t get in my hair, it’s all good.

I went to my window and looked out of it. I saw his black 반 야생마, 무스탕, 무스 탕 leave the driveway. Now I can listen to my 음악 as loud as I want and eat what I want. I don’t know how long he’ll be gone though. I could text him, but I’ll let him forget for a little while longer.

I swung my door open and went to the stairs; running down them. This large house was cold in the July heat. I was dressed for the heat, not the snow. Last time I touched the thermostat, I got in a lot of trouble. I groaned and rubbed my face, now standing in the living room. I could play some video games. 또는 I could walk over to the Vintage Stock and check on my friend. I’ll go see Tom.

“Hey, Kia!” Tom greeted when I opened the door. It wasn’t busy today, but people still looked around. I smiled at Tom and went over to hug him.

“Hi, Tom.” I said into his shoulder. He pulled away and smiled at me.

“I’m shocked that 당신 wanted to see me and not play video games.”

“I felt like being nice.” I smirked. Tom knew how obsessed I am with video games. But I can’t play all of them because I can’t pay for all of them. Tom snorted and turned around, grabbing something from a cabinet. He turned around, with a small box in his hands. It was wrapped in wrapping paper that was covered in Yoda and Obi-wan Kenobi. “Tom Nichols!” I whispered loudly, trying not to gain attention. “Why would 당신 get me this?”

“You don’t even know what it is.” He smiled, and I noticed he was blushing. I ignored that and went to unwrapping. It was a black box, obviously holding jewelry. I opened it slowly. Inside was a silver ring, in the shape of the Tri-Force. The bottom right triangle, Courage, was the only part that had a different color; green.

“Will 당신 be my girlfriend?” Tom asked softly. I looked up and smiled. I couldn’t really speak, so I just nodded my head. He sighed and smiled back. Then he leaned over to 키스 my cheek. I was happy. But, like all good moments, it has to come crashing down.
